We are looking for a Country Partner for France.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping fleet and mobility strategies while enhancing fleetcompetence’s tools and know-how in your country.

Missions

• Develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, build brand awareness, and enhance the overall portfolio of services.
• Manage activities and tasks related to projects activated or generated by other countries with an impact in France.
• Create partnerships with fleet and mobility players in the country.
• Analyze corporate fleet data and market trends to share with other Country Partners.
• Provide and receive guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the fleetcompetence team delivers exceptional client experiences.
• Participate in our marketing and sales Group programme.

Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in corporate fleets.
• Strong understanding of the fleet and mobility industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in French and English.
